THE CHALLENGE

Attracting and retaining talent is an ongoing process, even if you're one of the coolest places to work on the planet! DECKERS needed an internal brand strategy that captures the essence of their values and culture, also known as the DECKERS EXPERIENCE.

Brand Architecture

The brand builds off the pillars of support offered to all employees of the company, attracting new hires and retaining their initiated personnel.
